Job Summary

Join a leading international company in the Technical Industry based in Zurich East as an HR Coordinator. This dynamic role involves comprehensive HR administration from A-Z, supporting HR Managers across various business units. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, managing personnel master data, contributing to Compensation & Benefits initiatives, organizing staff events, and overseeing the time tracking system and HR intranet. A crucial part of this position is participating in or leading projects focused on optimizing internal HR processes. The ideal candidate brings a commercial background, HR specific further education (Assistant/Specialist level), and relevant experience, ideally within a large, international industrial setting. Required Skills

Education

Commercial Basic Training combined with further professional certification as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
  • Experience gained within larger corporate structures
  • Previous experience, preferably within an international industrial environment

  • Must be available to work 80-100%. Required to be an open and communicative personality capable of maintaining composure during busy periods. Position is based in Zurich East, with the possibility of working remotely two days per week.
