This role involves developing comprehensive solution concepts through detailed requirements management, collaborating closely with technical departments, the IT team, and external service providers. A key component of the job is coordinating IT security matters and liaising with external bodies like the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) and data protection officers. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical understanding of IT components and processes, proven project management methodology skills, and experience in IT security and data protection, preferably with prior administrative experience. Education

Successful completion of the career path qualification for the first entry level of career group 2 in general services (formerly higher general administrative service) OR successful completion of Employee Course II OR a completed university of applied sciences/Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or a suitable degree for the tasks, preferably with administrative experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in (IT) project leadership and using management tools (if possible)
  • Knowledge of IT security, BSI Basic Protection, and data protection
  • Basic knowledge of internal authority processes and responsibilities
