Job Summary

The Städtisches Klinikum Dresden is seeking a dedicated Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Technician to join their IT department. This full-time, permanent role focuses on ensuring modern and future-proof communication and information technology across the hospital network. Key responsibilities include the strategic development and standardization of operational telephone, CCTV, TV, and nurse call systems across multiple locations, while considering technical, organizational, and economic factors specific to the clinic environment. The ideal candidate will handle the acceptance, evaluation, and resolution of faults in TV and telecommunication systems, coordinate documentation of support requests, and participate actively in hotline, first-level support, and on-call services. A successful professional will possess a relevant vocational qualification in ICT or Electrical Engineering, comprehensive knowledge of various communication systems, and a strong understanding of hospital processes and their digital optimization, coupled with excellent service orientation and problem-solving skills.
