Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in road and infrastructure projects within the North Rhine-Westphalia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the local construction supervision, ensuring quality execution, adherence to technical standards, and managing costs and schedules. Key duties include leading site documentation, coordinating extensively with authorities, clients, and contractors, and managing safety and health coordination (RAB 30). You will also contribute to construction contract management, invoice review, and cost controlling, overseeing all tasks from the bidding stage through to project completion. The position requires a completed degree in Civil Engineering, 3 years of construction supervision experience, and fluent German skills, coupled with strong foundational knowledge of HOAI and VOB.
