Job Summary

This role involves managing and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, specifically focusing on storage and backup solutions within Germany's largest municipal clinic operator. Key daily tasks include administering the Commvault CommCell backup solution, planning and administering high-availability server and storage systems, performing system sizing, developing solution architectures, and executing installations in the data center. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training, coupled with at least five years of experience in data center operations. Required expertise includes configuring high-availability database systems, administering Windows and Linux servers, and leading IT projects. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, comprehensive system documentation, and coordinating security projects.
