Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist Engineer focused on managing and executing projects related to Electrical and Information Technology Systems within the public sector of Berlin (Treptow-Köpenick). The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects, from initial requirements gathering and creating service specifications (Leistungsverzeichnisse) to managing procurement, supervising external engineering firms, and ensuring adherence to public law regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve technical consulting for users, verifying invoices, managing defect remediation, and performing site inspections. This position requires strong technical expertise in electrical and communications engineering, project management skills (including acting as the client representative), and meticulous attention to contractual agreements and quality control, offering a stable, full-time, and permanent contract within a supportive public service environment.
