Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a central role in the Göttingen District Administration's major digitalization initiative, focusing heavily on the implementation and management of the electronic file (eAkte) system. This position is crucial for ensuring that administrative services are provided digitally and without media breaks to citizens and businesses, in line with the Online Access Act (OZG). Daily responsibilities include steering the e-file project, coordinating workshops, monitoring work packages, and ensuring comprehensive documentation. The specialist will also be involved in planning and executing accompanying projects, such as introducing digital mail intake, and providing expert consultation to various organizational units on optimizing digital workflows. Key requirements include a relevant qualification in public administration or a degree in Business Administration or Administrative Informatics, coupled with strong knowledge of administrative structures. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to drive significant organizational change within the public sector.
