Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position at the Waldshut District Office focuses on optimizing energy use across county properties, particularly schools. The core responsibilities involve continuous monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of energy consumption (electricity, heat, water), identifying savings potential, and implementing measures to boost energy efficiency. You will advise and sensitize property users, such as school management and caretakers, on energy-conscious behavior, and generate comprehensive energy reports and concepts. Furthermore, you will act as the central coordinator for administrative property concerns, managing defect reports, repairs, maintenance, and technical documentation. A significant part of the role includes independently managing the tendering process for all cleaning services, including creating service specifications and ensuring quality control in compliance with public procurement law. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Facility Management or a related technical field, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with multi-year experience in energy or technical facility management, preferably within the public sector.
