Job Summary

This role is for an engaging, part-time Assistant (50-60%) to support a team operating in a dynamic international environment in Kemptthal. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring smooth internal workflows and efficient project execution by managing a variety of administrative, organizational, and communicative tasks. Key responsibilities include handling team correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing presentations and reports, and managing general office organization and documentation. A significant aspect involves coordinating international contacts and interfaces, as well as providing support for financial and project tasks such as budget control and reporting. Applicants should possess a commercial qualification or equivalent, professional experience in an international setting (preferably Finance, Pharma, or FMCG), and excellent English skills.
