Key responsibilities include reliably executing plant start-up and shutdown procedures, implementing complex isolation and safety measures, and providing expert support in fault detection and resolution. For career changers, the position offers intensive training, starting with plant monitoring and minor maintenance tasks, leading to advanced training as a Plant Driver after 12 months. The ideal candidate possesses relevant professional experience in technical plant systems, good IT skills, and a proactive, motivated, and team-oriented approach. This position requires mandatory participation in full-time continuous rotating shift work and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
