Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT System Specialist, IT System Management Assistant) or similar field

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT sector through vocational training or comparable knowledge from long-term professional experience
  • Foundational knowledge in the IT sector
  • Experience in Incident and Problem Management is advantageous
