Job Summary

This pivotal role involves shaping the strategic development and transformation of a leading Swiss logistics company. You will lead internal and cross-departmental strategic transformation projects and programs, managing both content and process. Key responsibilities include providing thought leadership, creating robust business cases, and actively steering implementation processes related to logistics service acceleration, integration, business development, and digitalization initiatives. You will continuously develop industry and strategy knowledge to prepare well-founded decision-making materials for management. Furthermore, you will coordinate collaboration with corporate functions and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. Required Skills

Education

University degree from a renowned institution

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Project Manager, Senior Associate, or Engagement Manager in a strategy consultancy
  • Several years of experience in a relevant corporate context
  • Experience in international logistics (3PL, warehousing, transport, mail/parcel logistics) and/or technology-driven projects
  • Proven ability to successfully implement projects under time and resource constraints

  • Work capacity 80-100% in Bern and/or Dintikon. Classification may vary (Junior, Project Leader, Senior Project Leader) based on experience.
