Job Summary

This is a unique and demanding position within the CEO Staff, a critical unit encompassing Corporate Development, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Public Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs. The specialist will be responsible for both the content and organizational aspects of central management themes, organizational development, coordination, and internal communication across the Staff and the wider group. Day-to-day tasks involve autonomously managing key themes for the Staff leadership, actively participating in group-wide projects, and coordinating work programs and planning for the entire Staff. A key responsibility is steering strategic processes and ensuring professional preparation and minute-taking for leadership meetings. Candidates must hold higher education or continuous training and possess solid project management experience, ideally complemented by expertise in change management and organizational development. This role is perfect for a highly organized, solution-oriented professional ready to drive strategic initiatives in a constantly evolving environment, provided they are fluent in French and proficient in German and English.
