Job Summary

As the Head of Enterprise Service Management, you will lead and develop an eight-person team, including trainees and students, at FERCHAU Group's Gummersbach headquarters. Your role involves strategically shaping and advancing the department, its services, and the ESM system, ensuring efficient operations in compliance with internal and external guidelines. You will be responsible for adapting structures, processes, and tasks, overseeing the conceptual design of all changes and expansions within the ESM landscape, and ensuring the successful implementation and presentation of ESM projects to management. This position offers the chance to leverage your expertise in a dynamic, innovative environment, contributing to the strategic direction of internal services and consulting across HR, Finance & Administration, Processes & IT, and Marketing. You will also manage the ESM Product Board, act as the primary contact for the ESM platform, continuously refine the ESM roadmap, and handle budget responsibilities while actively participating in daily operations.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) or comparable qualification; relevant further training in ESM

Experience

  • At least three years of professional experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
  • Leadership experience in managing teams
  • Experience in steering external service providers
