Job Summary

This temporary project role focuses on optimizing and maintaining critical manufacturing processes within a highly regulated GxP environment. The engineer will be responsible for leading product care activities, including handling non-conformity notifications, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating corrective actions to implement process changes. A core function involves monitoring production data, analyzing key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting production operators during the ramp-up of new lines, and planning and executing complex experiments (DoEs) in both lab and production settings. This position requires a collaborative, autonomous professional with a background in engineering or chemistry, ready to apply statistical analysis and programming skills (Python/R) in an international, innovative atmosphere.
