Job Summary

This role is for a Support Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to join a growing team across Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing support requests, analyzing and documenting issues in a ticket system, and providing immediate solutions to restore service operations. You will also contribute to Microsoft Dynamics project business, including change management and go-live support, and assist in implementing and improving the D365 CE landscape. The position requires strong communication with clients and internal teams, presenting status updates, and the flexibility to work remotely or on-site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technical challenges and continuous improvement within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development) or a degree in Computer Science (e.g., IT Management, Software Development) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical IT support and customer service
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving errors in productive environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Support Tools (e.g., Plugin Trace Logs, Monitor, Diagnostics)
