Job Summary

As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing Germany's digital future by focusing on cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing technologies. Your day-to-day will involve technically validating and evaluating new platform technologies for AI inference and training, designing and implementing experimental Kubernetes environments on novel hardware, and managing firmware and drivers for bleeding-edge systems. You will continuously research emerging technological solutions, conceptualize and present technical reference architectures for AI platforms, and collaborate closely with other units on AI, Extended Reality, and Autonomous Systems. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the security of Germany by modernizing one of the country's largest IT infrastructures within the Bundeswehr.
