In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of existing network infrastructures, as well as the design, implementation, and administration of new solutions. Day-to-day tasks include configuring new Mac hardware, connecting peripherals like printers and medical devices, and independently resolving technical issues, collaborating with developers and technicians when needed. You will also be a key point of contact for customers, explaining complex technical matters clearly and respectfully.
