This role involves planning and realizing switchgear and substations for energy supply, ensuring the safety and efficiency of power grids. You will be responsible for the primary technical planning and design of high and extra-high voltage substations, including calculations, dimensioning, construction, and verification. Utilizing CAD software like AutoCAD 3D or Primtech, you'll create planning documents for assembly teams and conduct necessary calculations such as short-circuit and lightning protection. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (ideally with a focus on Energy Technology), or a technician qualification in Electrical Engineering/Energy Technology, or comparable technical qualification in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning high and extra-high voltage systems, especially primary technology
  • Experience in switchgear construction and planning competence
