Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science, or a comparable degree with a technical or business focus
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT, preferably in IT Service Management, provider and service control, or document management
- Practical experience in designing and controlling complex IT services in collaboration with external service providers
