Job Summary

The Welterbestadt Quedlinburg is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for Civil Engineering to join its Urban Development, Construction, and Environment department. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for leading the civil engineering team, coordinating construction projects, and managing funding programs for infrastructure initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing, constructing, and maintaining traffic areas and engineering structures, as well as preparing engineering contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering, extensive knowledge of relevant legal norms (VOB, VDE, HOAI, VOL, BauO), and experience in monument preservation.
