Job Summary

As an Associate Director in CMC Project Management at BioNTech, you will co-lead cross-functional teams for late-phase protein/antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) development projects. This role involves strategic project management, coordinating all CMC-related activities, and ensuring seamless execution. You will establish robust project structures, drive interdisciplinary collaboration, and work closely with BioNTech entities worldwide and pharmaceutical partners. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing oncology projects, monitoring progress, managing risks, and reporting to executive management. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Chemistry or a related field, 5+ years of project management experience in regulated environments, and proven CMC expertise in late-stage drug development, particularly with monoclonal antibody/ADC projects.
