Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated First-Level IT Support Specialist who will be the initial point of contact for employee IT inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system. Day-to-day, you'll independently process requests, provide swift solutions, and analyze/document IT issues across hardware, software, and networks. More complex cases will be escalated to Second-Level Support. You'll also be responsible for installing, configuring, updating, and maintaining IT systems, ensuring reliable operations, and setting up/modifying/decommissioning workstations across multiple locations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Management Assistant, IT Management Assistant, or Information Technology Assistant. Alternatively, a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. Comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in IT support is also acceptable.
