Job Summary

This role involves the operation, administration, and continuous development of existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will be responsible for optimizing and automating IAM processes and ITSM workflows to enhance operational efficiency. A key part of the job is the technical development of IAM and ITSM processes, including integrating new functionalities, and managing the Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure and related services like Azure AD. The position also includes providing 2nd and 3rd-level technical support, participating in IT infrastructure on-call duties, and leading or coordinating IT infrastructure projects. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining system documentation and training IT colleagues on relevant technologies.
