Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive multi-project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling for planning and construction projects within the Northern branch in Hamburg. The analyst will coordinate and manage the planning and construction program, focusing on budget and schedule, and determine investment fund requirements. Key responsibilities include creating detailed reports and dashboards for construction investment monitoring, managing projects in SAP, and optimizing future projects based on analysis. The position requires analyzing and evaluating construction project performance by collecting and interpreting data from various sources, identifying trends and deviations, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning and define project goals and KPIs. The analyst will also be responsible for organizing data flows and ensuring data quality using specialized software.
