Job Summary

This role involves significant responsibility in planning, organizing, supervising, evaluating, and documenting the qualification of testing personnel within a pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with team members, contributing creatively to process optimization, developing error patterns and test sets, and managing projects. A key aspect of the role is supporting the creation of regulations, reports, and process descriptions in both English and German, requiring precise work and strong communication skills. The position also entails ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines and EHS regulations, as well as organizing, conducting, and managing training sessions. Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in pharmacy with additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician (IHK degree in pharmacy) or equivalent.

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in pharmacy with further education as a master craftsman or technician with IHK qualification in pharmacy, or comparable vocational training with equivalent knowledge and profound/long-term professional experience.
  • Good PC skills in MS-Office applications and experience with IT systems and databases (e.g., SAP, BioMES, Vault, GoTrack, LOS).
  • High quality awareness for the production of human medicines.
  • Very good GMP knowledge and consistent adherence to EHS guidelines in a production environment.
  • Professional experience working in a team.
  • Experience with flexible working hours and shift operations, up to full continuous shift operation.

Additional

  • Willingness to work in staggered shifts, including full continuous shift operation. This position is initially limited to 18 months with an option for extension.
