Job Summary

This role is for an experienced PLC Programmer to join a specialist team in Siegen, focusing on the development and programming of PLC controls for custom-built special machinery. Day-to-day tasks include creating HMI/SCADA interfaces, commissioning systems both in-house and internationally at customer sites, and modifying existing control programs to resolve technical issues. The position requires close collaboration with electrical design, mechanics, and project management teams, as well as preparing technical documentation and conducting user training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, with significant expertise in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens TIA Portal, and a preference for experience in special machinery construction.
