Job Summary

As a Facility Manager in Karlsruhe, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of building and technical systems. Your day-to-day will involve executing scheduled maintenance, identifying and resolving malfunctions, and overseeing external service providers for various tasks like renovations and cleaning. You will also manage material procurement and monitor building utilities. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual with a strong service orientation and good communication skills to interact with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
