Job Summary
As a Technical After Sales Services Specialist, you will be a crucial point of contact for Solarwatt's partners, installers, and end-customers, providing in-house technical consultation and support. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, and resolving issues primarily via telephone hotline, as well as organizing service deployments with specialist partners and managing spare part availability. You will also play a role in planning complex system configurations, assisting with product commissioning, and analyzing error patterns to develop resolution strategies. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with product management, quality assurance, and suppliers to identify and address product weaknesses, contributing to the continuous improvement of solar energy solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or completed advanced training as a Master Craftsman/Technician in a technical field (or comparable qualification)
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technical customer support/service
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs
