This role is for an IT Service Technician to provide essential 1st Level Support, managing technical issues via phone, email, and a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include IMAC services, Windows 10 administration, Active Directory management, and printer management, all while meticulously documenting activities in the ticket tool. The ideal candidate will have initial professional experience as an IT Service Technician Agent, possessing strong knowledge of client hardware (notebooks, desktops, hybrids, printers) and proficiency in Windows 10 and Active Directory User Management.
