Experience

  • Several years of experience in IT support (1st & 2nd Level)
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows Server technologies (2016+)
  • Practical experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
  • Experience in managing Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
  • Experience with virtualization solutions like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
  • Experience with modern network technologies like SD-WAN, VLAN, WLAN-Management, and Firewalls
