Job Summary

This senior executive role involves leading and setting the strategic direction for Restaurant Operations across all four major RBI brands (Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, Firehouse Subs) throughout the entire EMEA region. Reporting to the Regional President, the Head of Operations will oversee ongoing innovation and development to support brand growth within the quick-service restaurant industry. Key responsibilities include shaping a forward-looking vision for efficient and customer-centric operations, collaborating with franchise partners to improve restaurant performance, and leading the development of restaurant procedures, equipment, and technology roadmaps. The ideal candidate is a strategic, cross-functional business leader with exceptional organizational skills, committed to challenging the status quo and driving breakthrough ideas. Success is measured by strong results in restaurant audits, guest satisfaction, speed of service, and sales performance across diverse markets. The position is based in Zug, Switzerland, requiring full-time office presence and extensive regional travel.
